Educating Future Caregivers NEW: Cottage Health strongly supports education in our community through scholarships, loans, loan forgiveness programs and partnerships with Santa Barbara City College (SBCC) and California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI), with a special emphasis on nursing education. Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital is a teaching hospital with 60 physicians in residence for education in surgery, internal medicine and radiology.
