Cottage Health is known for recognizing and thanking our employees in many ways that reward them and create great memories for them as well. Employee Recognition Dinner and Awards One of the ways Cottage Health recognizes employees for their service is with the annual Employee Recognition Dinner and Awards. Each year, employees with five-year service milestones are invited to bring a guest to the employee recognition dinner event held at the ballroom of a 4-star hotel in Santa Barbara. The fun and lively evening is capped off with a humorous skit by our executive team. Past skits have included a Back to the Future theme, which commemorated Cottage Health’s founding in 1891 for our 125th anniversary, Star Wars and a late- night talk show. Employees receiving awards are honored on stage, and employees who have served many years – over 40 – have their stories featured in videos produced by Cottage Health. 6.29 How does your company show appreciation and/or recognition for employees’ good work and extra effort, or other achievements?
