Cottage Health 2020 Culture Audit

Dates & Dialogue, August 2019 Cottage Health Magazine, Summer 2019 PDF PDF Employee Publications and Messaging Systems UPDATED: Employees receive news in Dates & Dialogue , our system-wide monthly newsletter, and in function-specific employee electronic newsletters and messaging systems. This Week at Cottage is sent via email every Monday to inform employees about upcoming hospital events. The employee portal on computer workstations features Cottage View, which includes Cottage News, Employee Updates, Nutrition Menus and Information Technology Updates. Additional tools include banner graphics to feature important news on the portal home page, an e-board to post shared employee resources and everyone email alerts for highest-priority updates. Senior leadership sends emails to all when appropriate for time-sensitive information. We have various electronic alert systems for general updates and more urgent issues. And a year-end summary and holiday message from our CEO is mailed to every employee. Cottage Magazine NEW: Cottage Magazine is published multiple times a year with stories about grateful patients, medical breakthroughs, why philanthropists choose Cottage and other inspirational stories.
