Hollister Clothing Drive for ED Patients To help patients arriving in the SBCH Emergency Department, the CH Business Services departments teamed up to hold a clothing drive for new and gently used apparel for the SBCH ED Clothing Closet. Paws for Therapy Healing therapy comes in all kinds of ways. In the days following the fire and debris flow, Pet Therapy Services made rounds to offer comfort and smiles for employees throughout the organization. Here, Bella spreads some special comfort to Amy Kunze from Advancement at Hollister. Shared Governance Shared Governance puts all of our colleagues on a level playing field to emphasize that all ideas are important and need to be carefully considered. Our Shared Governance culture empowers employees to be leaders and participate in the change process by taking steps to remove barriers or accelerate its pace. We are painstaking in our efforts to ensure we have diverse participants from various job levels, ethnicities, genders and ages. While Shared Governance is practiced in some other health care organizations, most employ the process exclusively with their clinical staff.
