In recent years, our operating margin has been very good, resulting in all employees receiving discretionary year-end bonuses. We awarded full-time employees $100; part-time and per-diem employees $50 — and, we paid the taxes. National Hospital Week UPDATED: National Hospital Week, the nation’s largest health care event, is one way of recognizing and celebrating our employees – for all the work they do, all the care they provide, all the contributions they make.
